Welcome to Agoy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Agoy Essential Oils ("Agoy," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the Agoy website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, usage instructions, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
  • Essential oils are natural products and may vary slightly in color, aroma, and consistency from batch to batch — this is normal and does not indicate a defect.
  • Our products are intended for aromatherapy and general wellness use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on first orders and on all orders over $40 CAD.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Agoy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected].
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Essential oils are potent and should be used with care. Always dilute with a carrier oil before topical application.
  • Keep all essential oils out of reach of children and pets.
  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using essential oils if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
  • Agoy is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from improper use of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Agoy and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
